By creating an account or using Poker5thStreet ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. What Poker5thStreet Is
Poker5thStreet is a training tool. You practice pre-built poker hands against a fixed decision tree and receive automated grading and explanations for training purposes. There is no real-money card play, no wagering, and no player-versus-player gameplay on this Service - practicing here does not involve gambling of any kind.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
4. Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at owner@poker5thstreet.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Subscription, Billing & Payment
Paid plans are billed through Dodo Payments, our payment processor and merchant of record. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the interval you selected (monthly, quarterly, or annual) until you cancel. Prices are shown at checkout before you confirm.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.
7. Acceptable Use
Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to the Service, and don't use it in any way that disrupts it for other users.
8. Intellectual Property
All hands, grading content, and coaching explanations in the Service are owned by Poker5thStreet. Your subscription gives you a license to use them for personal training, not to redistribute or republish them.
9. No Guarantee of Results
The Service grades practice decisions against a fixed, pre-computed model. It's a training aid, not a guarantee of results at any real table - outcomes in actual poker games depend on factors beyond what this Service can control or predict.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poker5thStreet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
