Account information (email, password - stored hashed, never in plain text), gameplay data (hands practiced, grades, progress by concept), and billing status (whether you're on Free or Pro, and your plan interval). We do not directly store your card details - those are handled entirely by Dodo Payments.
2. How We Use It
To run your account, track your practice progress, process billing through Dodo Payments, and send account-related email (password resets, receipts) through our email provider, Resend.
3. Who We Share It With
Dodo Payments (billing), Resend (transactional email), and our hosting infrastructure. We don't sell your data to anyone, and we don't share it with advertisers.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in.
5. Data Retention
We keep your account and progress data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).
6. Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing owner@poker5thstreet.com. If you delete your account, your progress data is removed; billing records may be retained as required by law.
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.
9. International Users
Your data may be processed in a country other than the one you live in. By using the Service, you consent to this.
